Argos Sells Halo 3 Early

Argos here in the UK has broken the golden rule of game sales, releasing a game early. While this does hapen from time to time, when a game as huge as Halo 3 is released to the public early, it's going to cause a bit of a stir and get someone into hot water.

Accroding to  Destructoid, some lucky UK gamers who popped into Argos managed to buy a copy of Halo 3 earlier today, a week before the planned release date.  After some checking, it appears this mishap has now been put right and I wouldn't be surprised if they atart popping up on eBay at some point in the next 24 hours. I'm sure some gamers would pay stupid money to play it early.

Well done to the gamers who managed to get hold of a copy and bad luck to those who tried and failed earlier today. Now who at Argos is going take the heat for this I wonder?
