Pharrell Williams to Launch UK Halo 3

I may be a little out of touch these days but I have never heard of Pharrell Williams :) Anyway, next week Microsoft will be flying Pharrell Williams to the UK to launch once of the most talked about titles this year, Halo 3.

IMAX Ready for Halo 3 Launch

Next week ?(September 25 ) London’s BFI IMAX cinema will host the ‘Halo 3 Premiere’ which will see Pharrell Williams taking on members of the public at the game, and other major celebrities around Europe via Xbox LIVE. Halo 3 premiere events are  taking place in London, Paris, Madrid, Amsterdam and Milan, all of which will be linked via Xbox LIVE as the stars in each country take on each other for this one-off night where gaming meets partying.

Following the London Premiere, at midnight, more than 1,000 retail stores across the UK will throw open their doors giving eager fans the chance to be among the first to get their hands on the third installment of the legendary series.

Let's hope the weather is decent next week, nothing worse that standing in a queue in the driving rain waiting for a game to be released.
