World in Conflict Pre-Order Goodies

Massive Entertainment's new RTS World in Conflict is looking very tasty indeed and there's some good news for those who pre-order the game from the 22nd of June. If  you pre-order through GAME in the UK, gamers can snag a bonus DVD from The History Channel, and most importantly, access to a Beta event, bonus multiplayer maps and special multiplayer account privileges.

The Beta is set to kick off in July and gamers who pre-order will have access to exclusive multiplayer maps during the Beta and the game's demo, If you're terrified of not securing your online handle, then there's also exclusive access to Massgate, Massive Entertainment's online  match-making service for World in Conflict. Pre-order and get your name secured before the rabble joins the fun once the game is released.

The DVD from the history Channel is called “Declassified: The Rise and Fall of The Wall”, a movie about the 'brutal life and catastrophic death of the Berlin Wall' and features rare footage, insider reports and key figures including Mikhail Gorbachev and George Bush (senior).

The game is not set to ship until September which gives gamers plenty of time in the Beta before the actual release.
