Halo 3 Mulriplayer Beta Date

OK Halo fans, some good news today from Microsoft as they have now revealed that multiplayer Beta of Halo 3 will be hitting Xbox Live on May 16th worldwide at 1pm GMT and run through June 7 at 7:59 a.m. GMT. If you secured their your  multiplayer beta  access  through the Rule of Three promotion or by purchased a specially marked copy of Crackdown  for Xbox 360 you;re all set for the action. If you have not taken part in ant of the above promos you can still get involved by purchasing a copy of Crackdown marked with the Halo sticker on the box

The Beta will include 3 maps, Snowbound, High Ground and Valhalla, which give a taste of the  large- and medium-scale combat maps you can expect in the final release. The Beta promises new weapons such as the new and improved Assault Rifle, the Brute Spiker, the Spartan Laser and the new Spike Grenades as well as access to new vehicles such as the Mongoose all-terrain vehicle.
