Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom Announced

BLUESIDE has announced that Dragonfly, Phantagram and BLUESIDE are co-developing a PC Online version of Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom as well as an Xbox 360 version.

The Xbox 360 version of Circle of Doom is currently being developed by BLUESIDE, of Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes fame, as an Xbox 360 Action RPG set in the Kingdom Under Fire universe. Gamers can expect "realistic modeling, spectacular effects, massive scale, and exotic locales". As with the previous titles, the game will feature fast-paced and blood-thirsty action which will be enhanced with online features via Microsoft's Xbox Live. Players will be able to develop player characters by finding, learning, crafting, and trading hundreds of new weapons, items, spells, and abilities.

The PC Online version of Circle of Doom will be optimized for the PC. BLUESIDE has teamed up with Dragonfly, who is known in Korea for the development of Special Force, a top selling online FPS game for the PC.

“We’ve got a dream team here. BLUESIDE and PHANTAGRAM have been creating revolutionary gaming experience on consoles and Dragonfly has a history of developing top-class PC Online titles. I strongly believe the synergy of the three studios working together will result in the most exciting and genre-redefining PC Online title for the global market, namely Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom.” said S.D. Kim, Vice President of BLUESIDE.
The Xbox 360 version of Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom is planned to be released in Q2 2007, and the open-beta test of the PC Online version in Korea will follow in later 2007.
