NCsoft Europe has announced that the latest update to the City of Heroes and City of Villains universe is due to arrive in April. Free to subscribers, Issue #7: Destiny Manifest will provide extensive new content for high-level players including two new zones, Grandville and Recluse's Victory (featuring Lord Recluse himself). These are accompanied by new missions, new power sets, costume options, base features and an improved graphics engine.
