Free Grand Theft Auto IV Multiplayer Weekend On 360

Rockstar Games has announced a free multiplayer weekend for everyone with GTA IV.

From 30 October through to 1 November - or Friday through to Sunday, if you prefer - GTA IV multiplayer across both the vanilla game, The Lost and the Damned, and The Ballad of Gay Tony, will be completely free to play. So, yes, Silver users can join in too.

This is all in honour of the launch of Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City, a stand-alone release which contains both The Lost and the Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony, but not vanilla GTA IV. And yes, that does mean that Gay Tony is coming out this week. Er, no pun intended.

That's not the only celebration, mind you, because there'll be a Game with Developers session going on, too. If you fancy playing GTA IV multiplayer with the guys from Rockstar North as well as Henry Santos Jester from Aventura, then check the times below.

Friday, 30 October: 5pm - 10pm ET: Game with Developers session featuring members of the Rockstar North Team. Gamertags will be from GwRockstar1 up to GwRockstar16.

Sunday, 1 November: 3pm - 5pm ET: Game with Fame session starring Henry Santos Jester of Aventura. Gamertag will be GwFHenryHH.
