SCEE & SOE Bring MMOs to Europe

Sony joins forces with Sony Online Entertainment to bring MMOs to Europe.

At Leipzig today, Sony outlined their plans to expand MMO gaming in Europe. SCEE will publish and distribute three MMOs developed by SOE for PS3 throughout the PAL territories. SCEE will also publish DC Universe and The Agency on behalf of SOE in PAL territories.

Under the agreement The Agency (PS3), DCUniverse Online (PS3 and PC) and Free Realms (PS3) are the three games that will be released in Europe.

“This is an opportunity for SCEE and SOE to bring the best onlineexperiences from PC gaming to the PLAYSTATION 3 universe, the result ofwhich will certainly benefit PlayStation fans,” said David Reeves,President, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe.
