Dead Rising 2: Off the Record is a reinterpretation of the events of Dead Rising 2, starring Frank West, hero of the first game. We're promised load time optimisations and improved network performance in addition to a new story, new missions, new environments, new enemies, new items, new vehicles, new weapons, and a return to the camera and its Prestige Point levelling system.
