Who's That Flying?! is a horizontally-scrolling shooter that pits you as the Guardian of Earth who, with little more than a laser arm and a flair for showing off, needs to defend Earth against invading Doom Beasts - while defending himself from accusations of gross incompetence, levelled at him by the Galactic Council of Space Justice.
