Lips is expanding the music selection with songs that have topped the charts in different decades. The announcement trailer is just over one minute long and contains no gameplay, but the additional seven screenshots are pictures from the game.
The game use motion-sensitive LED wireless microphones, which will be compatible to third party music games that we will see more of this fall.
The ten songs announced so far for the game are:
- "Viva La Vida" by Coldplay
- "Disturbia" by Rihanna
- "U Can’t Touch This," by MC Hammer
- "More Than Words," by Extreme
- "Apologize" by Timbaland featuring OneRepublic
- "Karma Chameleon" by Culture Club
- "I Heard It Through the Grapevine" by Marvin Gaye
- "Oh, Pretty Woman" by Roy Orbison
- "Ready, Set, Go!" by Tokio Hotel
In addition to these tracks, players will also be able to purchase and download more songs from a music library on Xbox LIVE. This libary will be continue to grow every week.
