A couple of days ago Blizzard revealed that the World of Warcraft v2.3 patch would be hitting servers next week offering a variety of improvements a nd new features to the MMORRPG. The v2.3 patch has been in testing on their PTR servers for some time now but it appears everything has not been running quite as smoothly as they thought. Late last night Blizzard announced that the patch may not make the scheduled release date of November 11th.
"We will be closely monitoring the testing of the 2.3 patch, and if it looks like it won’t make the November 13 date, we will announce a delay."
Ouch! The community has been looking forward to this new patch which includes the new 25 man raid instance Zul'Aman, Guild Banks, class changes, item changes and more.
Keep an eye on WoW: IncGamers which is following the v2.3 release schedule very closely.
