WWE Star Says Games Aren't Violent Enough
 Andy Alderson

WWE star Randy Orton has defied critics of the games industry by saying he wants to see more violence in videogames.

The wrestling star is currently in the UK promoting THQ's upcoming Smackdown vs. Raw and spoke freely on the issue of videogame violence.

"Violence sells. I want to see more violence in games", he told Eurogamer, "the more blood the better."

He went onto disuss the level of violence in films compared to games, citing gangster film Goodfellas as an example.

""The violence [in Goodfellas] is against human beings", he said. "There's rape in movies - you see all kinds of f***ed up s*** on film." Quite.

The Yuke's-developed Smackdown vs. Raw is due for release on DS, PS2, PS3, PSP, Wii and Xbox 360 on 11 November this year.
