DICE has revealed that weapons from its recently released Battlefield 1943 will make an appearance in Battlefield: Bad Company 2.
The news was announced on the WW2 game’s official Twitter page.
“Think you're a Bad Ass with BF1943 weapons? What if I said you'll be able to use your Semi-Auto Rifle, Sniper Rifle, or SMG in BFBC2,” said the post.
While we wouldn’t fancy our chances taking on an M16 with a Thompson, it’s nice to see a bit of crossover between DICE’s shooters.
Battlefield 1943 borrows Bad Company’s destruction-heavy Frostbite engine and has proved to be enormously popular since its launch. Read our review here.
