Respawn Entertainment E3 Facebook Post Fake

Respawn Entertainment will not be at E3 this year, and will not have a "big announcement", it's been revealed.

The post on Facebook on the studio's profile page was a fake, and caused some excitement, especially since Respawn had only signed with EA a couple of months ago.

For the time being, however, it seems West and Zampella will be busy sorting out their offices, desks and desktops before working on any game.  And we expect to hear something from them sometime in September with respect to their new project.

Ultimately, though, we can expect whatever it is to be ready by next summer, and we reckon it's going to be an espionage game of sorts to take on the likes of Splinter Cell.
