IncGamers Podcast #175
Welcome, welcome to another IncGamers Podcast. This week, we’ll be talking about the Rust bust-up and giving a shocking number of inadvertent plugs to Dominos pizzas. They’re not even all that good. Anyway, should Facepunch have held off developing a second title while Rust is still in Early Access? Short answer: nah.
Meanwhile, October has become the scariest month for videogames. Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Dragon Age: Inquisition and Battlefield: Hardline have all fled the scene, leaving Alien: Isolation holding down early October on its lonesome. Probably not a bad thing to delay Battlefield though, eh?
In other EA-related news, Mass Effect’s team shared a few actual-ish details about the upcoming game in the series. Well, the reveal that “the Mako will be in it again” is about twenty times more interesting than the E3 non-video, anyway. Plus you can still play as a woman if you like, so that’s good too.
ESPN certainly seemed keen on their Dota 2 coverage, although stopped short of saying how many people actually watched it on their channel. More than they hoped for. But maybe they’d only hoped for about 500.
