Tim returns from faraway foreign realms (well, France) to join me for a pre-E3 2014 podcast in which try not to focus too heavily on E3. Everyone is a-flutter with today’s news of a Devolver Digital published remake of “hardcore pigeon dating sim” Hatoful Boyfriend. It’s a game where you, the only human at an all-bird school, attempt to date pigeons.

Just give all of the E3 awards to that game now, please.

Any that don’t go to Hatoful Boyfriend, you can save for the Dark Souls 2 DLC trilogy announced this week. We discuss our hopes for these add-ons, and speculate how likely it is that giant spiders will be showing up in any of them. Mobile poison statues are already confirmed.

Assassin’s Creed, Ubisoft, Aisha Tyler, FIFA 15, embarrassing E3 presenter “skits” and car fetishism are also subjects of our chat. Plus a bit of waffling about yesterday’s CD Projekt Red and GOG conference (Witcher 3, GOG’s Galaxy client et al.)

See, now I’ve gone French too.

You can listen to the podcast direct from the site, below. Or download it with the link and stash it somewhere else for later listening. We don’t mind either way. More podcast episodes can be found in the IncGamers archives, and iTunes holds on to some for us as well.
