podcast

E3 2014 is over, which means all that remains is for the IncGamers Podcast team to critique the games, conference presentations and fashion choices of the event in this podcast special.

Every (well, almost every) PC game from the Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft events will get a mention as we try to decide whether this was a good E3 or not. I think it was. Probably. The PC did pretty well out of it, anyway.

Not too many surprises, but plenty of titles.

Games like Far Cry 4, a remade Grim Fandango (probably,) Dragon Age: Inquisition, FIFA 15, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Cuphead, GTA V and will all be coming our way, whether we want them to or not.

Join us for an hour of hot hot E3 2014 chat, Aisha Tyler love and sneaky World Cup discussion. Also, Paul manages to talk about Star Citizen again. Somehow.

You can stream or download this special podcast, below. Regular podcast episodes can be found in our archives and at iTunes.

Farcry 4 sounds very interesting, you forget to mention the mad antics of VideoGamer, the most amazingly bad/funny bit for me was the “shape up” demonstration, even the host was openly mocking it. Of course that awful dance routine

    1. See Lazer, that’s why I lose the will to live during conferences, things like dance routines.

  2. I would hate it too, LA looks like a ghastly place.
I wouldn’t go unless paid to.
Didn’t much like the look of the conference either bright flashing lights everywhere, awful cheesy dance music overlapping from stand to stand into a cacophony of noise.
It was like something out a of William Gibson novel
I would probably end up drinking myself into a coma every night just to bare it.

  3. I think the heat may be getting to me :D

  4. I would do E3 again if it relocated to Chicago, New York or Boston. Somewhere interesting like that. San Francisco would be great even though that’s even further away for me. Las Vegas would be a load of fun but I fear I’d lose my shirt at all those shiny casinos so probably not a good idea to take it there.
