Weezer is the latest band to be added to Rocksmith 2014‘s slightly overpriced DLC library. I’ve already made a “say it ain’t so” joke, so… um. Well, that’s me out of puns.

£9.69 will net you a pack containing Island in the Sun, Hash Pipe, Buddy Holly, Undone – The Sweater Song, and My Name is Jonas. If you only fancy one or two of the songs, then they can be nabbed for £2.39 each instead. As ever, a bit pricey, but not too far into ridiculous territory if you’re a fan of the band and actually want to learn how to play some of their tracks. All tracks apparently support both electric guitar and bass, and all of them include a new Authentic Tone. So, hey, business as usual. On the plus side, it’s not My Chemical Romance.

Sadly, this week doesn’t see the addition of another few random J-Rock songs. Maybe next week!
