Nosgoth - 1

Last week, we pointed out that Nosgoth – the third-person multiplayer Legacy of Kain action thingy – had entered closed alpha… but said alpha was only available in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and the Netherlands. Which was a bit bizarre. No longer, though: Square Enix and Psyonix have announced that the alpha has now expanded into the rest of Europe and North America.

I have no idea why this wasn’t the case initially, and expanding the alpha out after just one week makes it sound more like “Oops, that was a mistake” than “Okay, now we’re ready for other regions”, but oh well. You can sign up for the alpha over here.

In honour of this momentous occasion, Square Enix have also released a load of screenshots from Nosgoth‘s closed alpha. You can look at them and go “Ooh” below, if you fancy.
