Borderlands 2

Greenmangaming’s 666 summer sale is kicking off with a cackle, with Borderlands 2 and its season pass – containing all four campaign DLC packs – for a mere $13.50. Or, ooh, about £9. Not a bad deal, considering that the the newly-released Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep is $10 by itself at this point.

You’ll have to hurry though: the 666 deal offers 6 deals every 6 hours for 6 days, so the deal will be vanishing pretty bloody soon.

The other games on offer for the next six hours are Killing FloorResident Evil 6, Guns of Icarus Online, Lucius, and – shudder – Star Trek. So if you’ve already got Borderlands 2, well, there are a few other titles to choose from for now. Just don’t forget to knock an extra 10% off by using the voucher code visible on the above-linked page.

Speaking of Borderlands 2, we’ll have a review of the latest DLC pack up very soon. And no, this story totally wasn’t just a way for me to tease that fact.

Edit: The sale on Borderlands 2 has now ended. If you missed it, don’t worry! The new six games includes Aliens: Colonial Marines - with season pass – for only $20 USD, so that’s… oh. Never mind.
