Marvel Heroes

Gazillion had planned on launching the early access for Marvel Heroes yesterday for those that had purchased the Ultimate Packs but there were some “issues” which prevented the servers going live.

The Gazillion team has been working through the night to to get the problems resolved and the good news is the servers have now gone live. There was a slight false start a couple of hours ago when the servers launched and were then quickly taken offline again but fortunately this only took an hour to fix.

Gazillion appear to be compensating players with bonus currency which will appear on accounts in the next couple of days.

The updates from Gazillion from this morning are as follows:

To be crystal clear… we are live for Early Game Access for Ultimate Pack owners only. If you’re not a UP owner, you can’t get in game.

In addition, we are working on the issue that prevents purchased packs from displaying on your profile page.

Last but not least, bonus currency will be applied in the next couple of days. That’s the sacrifice we had to make to get ourselves live.

Looking for your Ultimate Pack costumes? Check your S.T.A.S.H. in Avengers Tower (just north of where you start).

We’re live.

Sorry to tell you, but we have to bring the servers down again. We believe it’ll be a brief downtime.

We are investigating some access issues, and we’re hoping to bring the game back online ASAP; no ETA right now

The servers are now live for Ultimate Pack owners. Thanks for your patience.

Remember, the servers are only live for Ultimate Pack owners so don’t try and connect if you’re not one. An FAQ has also been posted for Ultimate Pack players.
