The Showdown Effect now in demo form

Paradox Interactive has now released Arrowhead’s The Showown Effect as a demo.

The demo is now available on Steam so if you fancy checking out some 80′s themed side-scrolling shoot-em-up action you can pick it up from this Steam page.

The demo includes a the training stage which is a single player mode and it will get you familiar with the controls which take a little getting used to.

We recently jumped into the game for some multiplayer action so check that out below if you want to know more about the game before grabbing the demo.
