Mojang’s second ‘Mojam’ is underway, and you can buy whatever games emerge
Minecraft developers Mojang have decided it’s time to slam-jam for the next three days, embarking on the second ‘Mojam.’ In short, small teams of Mojang staff will be designing a (hopefully) functioning game in just 72 hours.
inXile’s Torment sequel gains a proper name and its own site
Brian Fargo and his inXile team are of course in the midst of developing Wasteland 2, but you may also recall that the team is lining up a sequel (well, really more of a ‘spiritual follow-up’) to Planescape: Torment.
Stock up on oinkment: Amnesia A Machine for Pigs nears a release date
A helpful blog post over at Frictional Games explains the delay to Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs (it was originally due last Halloween, which obviously didn’t happen,) and offers a new release window of ‘Q2′ (April – June.)
According to that post, what started out as an “short, experimental game” is now a “fully fledged Amnesia game.” It’s also described as “different,” but still Amnesia-esque.
