SEGA and Creative Assembly partner with Games Workshop for new Wahammer games

SEGA has announced that they have entered into a multi-title licensing deal with Games Workshop to produce Warhammer titles at Creative Assembly.
A new development team has been set up at Creative Assembly to work on its first Warhammer game which will launch some time after 2013.
“With this year being our 25th anniversary”, said Tim Heaton, Studio Director at Creative Assembly, “it seems fitting for us to embark on such a dream project with such a well-established partner. The incredibly rich and detailed Warhammer world is something we grew up with, and has left an indelible imprint on us as both designers and gamers.”
According to the update, there are now five titles in the works at Creative Assembly including Rome: Total War II.

Hmm…I smell a Warhammer Total War which will be awesome if its not as buggy as Empire TW. A Dawn of War version would only be good if it was far more expanded depth and units than DoW2 had. AoW2 style map and TW gameplay?
Ok, a Total War-style game spanning the Old World map and letting you play as any classic Warhammer race would be pretty amazing.
