Both AMD and Nvidia have released new driver versions today with performance improvements for Far Cry 3 among other bits and pieces.

The Nvidia drivers have now reached version 310.70 which apparently improves performance by  37% for Far Cry 3 and other popular titles such as  Call of Duty: Black Ops II and Assassin’s Creed III.

AMD card owners can grab the 12.11 Beta Driver which improves Far Cry 3 performance by 25% as well as other fixes for games such as Planetside 2, Max Payne 3 and Skyrim.

I’ve not had a chance to test out the new GeForce drivers, but to be honest, Far Cry 3 has been running fine on the last set of drivers on this rig.

Thanks Blues.
