Planetside 2 launches with several bangs
It’s launch day for Planetside 2 on the PC, which means Sony Online Entertainment is well within their rights to issue a ‘launch’ trailer featuring clips and footage from the free-to-play multiplayer FPS extravaganza.
If you fancy giving it a whirl, you can sign up through the official site or even just nab it on Steam.
Here’s what it should look like once you’ve got it up and running. Loud. Explosive. FPS multiplayer-ey.

Anyway, it says right in the trailer that this will "redefine the genre" (the genre..." 
I got an email since I played the beta, they were inviting me to play it. Guess what? The game launcher doesn’t work, it freezes and crashes. The uninstaller of the launcher doesn’t work, it just crashes. I looked at the forum and I was not the only one having this problem. So I was wondering, why the hell would they release the game like this when so far, literally NOTHING works? I got so pissed off by that.
Yeah same here, tried it and just uninstalled it. They should really test their stuff.
