Next Borderlands 2 DLC coming “soon” says Pitchford

Gearbox President Randy Pitchford hit Twitter to answer a few DLC related questions for Borderlands 2, and the good news is fans will not have to wait too long for the next content to hit.

According to Pitchford, new content will be coming sooner than some may have expected. When asked if it would arrive next year, he says “nope sooner” and that details will be “coming soon”

As far as adding a new class to the game is concerned, it won’t be part of the next update and Pitchford says that a new class is still “a little ways out”.

Whether it arrives this month or next remains to be seen but watch this space.
