We all know how good Far Cry 3 is (see review) but there is also one feature that has slipped under many a gamer’s radar and that is the Far Cry 3 Map editor.

In this latest IncGamers Plays video, I fire up the map editor on the PC version to find out how good it is, and I have to say I was pretty impressed with the features and ease of use. Despite my appalling map making skills I attempt to show some of the main features and also find out what happens when you drop a bunch of sharks into the middle of an island.

Watch part 2 here and part 3 which looks at objects.

Can you make bigger maps than this? This is absolutely tiny.

You can see the limit of the map with the light border but I will take a look at a bigger zone,

Select HD on the player, that should make it a little better for you :)

Not sure what the benefit of doing that would be as it’s easier to play on a keyboard and mouse :)

Haha, how can those sharks swim on land? AI is messed up. I remember my brother having a truck in mid-air and put a guy on top of it from the first far cry and it’s map editor. The guy shot off like a rocket into space screaming like crazy
