Bioware Mythic renamed to Mythic in another name change
Remember when Mythic was just Mythic? EA then decided that the studio’s name should change to Bioware Mythic when Mythic was brought into the EA fold. After a couple of years working under the Bioware Mythic name, Mythic has now dropped the Bioware and is once again simply known as Mythic. According to a post on the Warhammer online site, the name has been changed in the “wake of their new focus”.
The Studio had actually changed its name last month following a tweet from the Studio’s Creative Director Paul Barnett but now it’s official and their new site is live.
Has the Bioware name been tainted? That we will never know, but Mythic are ploughing ahead with “new and exciting projects” according to the update.
