The Unfinished Swan is released into the wild this October
Giant Sparrow’s paint splashing adventure The Unfinished Swan will be released through PlayStation Network on 23 October. If you happen to be a PlayStation Plus subscriber, you can get hold of it even earlier on 16 October.
The Unfinished Swan tells the tale of orphaned Monroe, whose mother left him an unfinished painting of a swan before her death. The swan has escaped from its painting into a strange world, so now Monroe must follow it to keep hold of the one connection he still has to his mother. It’s a story so sad I got a little weepy just typing that out.
As for how the game is actually played, I’ll defer to this Giant Sparrow developer diary that explains it all.
