Not sure about this video setup. Don’t see the point in looking at faces. Plus, wheres the other guy that was on the Mass Effect 3 podcast? That was the best one you’ve done and that guy is actually pretty funny.
Hi Shep! That was John (Robertson) – he’s also on some of the other episodes in the archive, but work/time commitments mean we can’t always have everyone on. If you’re not keen on the visual option, the audio download is there for you. It may have some minor editing differences, but is otherwise 98% the same.

I’ve re-uploaded the file (it had vanished, for some reason) and tested it out on this page – it should work now (both as a Stream and a download). Hopefully this isn’t something I can only see on my end …
