War of the Roses trailer emphasises skill [Video]
More videogame trailers need reassuring voiceovers from Yorkshiremen who could’ve just stepped out of HBO’s Game of Thrones series. That’s the message I chose to take away from this latest footage of Paradox and Fatshark’s War of the Roses, anyway. I think what I was supposed to learn is that, despite many unlockable types of weapons and armour, the one thing you can’t unlock in this game is skill.
That, presumably, comes through practice.
War of the Roses will be released on PC on 2 October. Those who pre-order the game will have early access, but only if they order before 25 September.
