Sony showing 47 games at TGS, The Last Guardian not one of them

The Tokyo Game Show is starting to take shape, with Sony detailing their plans for the event.

Sony will be on hand with 47 games, although more may added before the show opens on 20 September. Disappointingly, Team Ico’s heavily anticipated The Last Guardian is not currently on the list.

PlayStation 3 games Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Dust 514, Yakuza 5, Assassin’s Creed 3, All Stars Battle Royale and Dead or Alive 5 are the standout highlights of the list so far.

The PS Vita is also going to be making a sizeable contribution, which includes LittleBigPlanet, Silent Hill: Book of Memories, Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation and Keija Inafune’s Soul Sacrifice.

Tokyo Game Show runs from 20-23 September.
