Introversion would like to lock you in the Prison Architect alpha

Introversion, developers of titles like Uplink, Darwinia and Defcon, are now working on a Bullfrog-inspired management sim called Prison Architect. That’s exactly what it sounds like. You have to run a prison with (presumably) a minimum of scandals, shower murders and riots.
The alpha release is available now from the game’s official site, in a variety of different flavours. For $30 USD, you get alpha access (and the full game when it comes out, naturally). At $40 USD, you get that and all of Introversion’s previous titles. As you scale up to $1,000 USD you can design your own prison warden for the game.
For a full explanation from the Introversion team themselves, watch the amusing video below.
In-keeping with the prison theme, a release date is currently unknown. It’ll be on the PC though.
