SiNG bringing karaoke dance to Wii U

Billed as the performance game “where everyone plays”, FreeStyleGames’ SiNG (which is just a working title for now) looks like it’s trying to sneak karaoke into your living room. It uses the Wii U GamePad to display lyrics while the screen has dance moves to follow for your less socially awkward friends.

The trailer also demonstrated some sing-a-long sections (so the dancers can join in with the person holding the GamePad), on-screen dance prompts and some bits that urged everyone to clap their hands. Speaking as an introverted misanthrope, I can say that it looked terrifying.

For some though, it’ll probably be social gold.
