NeverSoft, the studio most famous for their work on the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater and Guitar Hero franchises, has been added to the list of developers working on Call of Duty.

Exactly what NeverSoft are going to be doing with Call of Duty is unknown, although it’s safe to assume that they will be taking up a supporting role – with Infinity Ward, Treyarch and Sledgehammer Games continuing to lead development duties.

NeverSoft’s last game was the ill-fated Guitar Hero: Warrior’s of Rock in 2010.
