Funcom’s MMO The Secret World will be holding a beta weekend that begins on 11 May at 9am PDT and runs until 13 May (just before midnight in the same timezone). Entry is guarenteed if you pre-ordered the title (or pre-order in the next couple of days), but everyone else will have to scratch around for keys through special offers.
The ‘Kingsmouth Calling’ weekend will “allow you to experience the game as an initiate of the Templars”. Kingsmouth is under siege and your new employers quite fancy finding out what kind of mystical nonsense is behind all the trouble.
You’ll also be able to explore London, which is one of the hub cities for the game. System requirements and other such details can be found through the source link, below.
