Mass Effect 3’s ‘From Ashes’ DLC confirmed

22 Feb 2012 by John Robertson
BioWare has confirmed rumours about first-day DLC for Mass Effect 3, stating that the so-called "From Ashes" pack will be available upon release for all platforms. The contents of this DLC release are apparently slightly spoiler-ey, so if you're not keen on that sort of thing stop reading this news piece. Right, have all the people who don't want to be spoiled looked away? Good. "From Ashes" will add a mission that apparently allows you to recruit the Prothean squad member in Mass Effect 3. BioWare's Michael Gamble has confirmed that "those of you who have purchased the N7 Collector's Edition (including the PC Digital Deluxe Edition) will get this content at no extra charge." Everyone else will be able to buy it as a stand-alone purchase. There's no definitive word on pricing just yet. Source: social.bioware.com
