Crytek cloud gaming service enters closed beta

2 Feb 2012 by John Robertson
Crysis developer Crytek has begun a closed beta of GFACE, a cloud gaming system that plans to allow users to play "console quality" games through a web browser.GFACE, whose tagline is "Play. Together. Live" also includes various social features, such status updates, friend lists and video chat. The promise is that the system will be playable on a PC, tablet and mobile devices and that cross-platform play will work on multiplayer games. If it works... thumbs up from me.
