Pineapple Smash Crew gatecrashes Steam in February

27 Jan 2012 by Paul Younger
You know you've been around videogames too long when you no longer bat an eye at the name Pineapple Smash Crew; but that's certainly not to say that it looks boring. Quite the opposite in fact. The creation of one-man development team Rich Edwards (with musical help from chiptune artist Cyphus), Pineapple Smash Crew looks like a brightly coloured Alien Breed mashed together with Cannon Fodder. Which, of course, should be a great thing. You can expect tight, squad-formation shooting, grenades galore and powerups aplenty. Watch the trailer below for more. Pineapple Smash Crew will be released on Steam on 2 February. [video2=2685]
