Star Trek Online free-to-play from today
The long-trailed switch to a free-to-play model for Star Trek Online has occured today, meaning anybody will be able to hop into the sweaty black trousers of a Starfleet captain without paying any kind of subscription fee.
Max Payne 3 pre-order deadline extended

Dustforce released today on Steam
Indie developer Hitbox Team has released Dustforce today on Steam. The game sees you play “as an acrobatic janitor,” and challenges you to “leap and dash off walls and ceilings, and deftly traverse precarious environments” with a view to cleansing “each level swiftly and thoroughly to achieve mastery in this 2D sweep-‘em-up platformer.”
The official blurb goes exactly like this:
Over 50 levels varying in difficulty from elegant exploration levels to intense challenges for hardcore players.
