Avalanche denies Just Cause 3 rumours

Avalanche has stepped in to end rumours of a Just Cause 3 release in 2012.
The whispers began yesterday, prompted by an Xbox World Magazine piece which attributed the information about a 2012 Just Cause 3 release to, uh, “spies” (great source guys, well done).
In a statement released today, Avalanche’s Christofer Sundberg said “It’s just a rumour and we’re not releasing any game in 2012″.
That doesn’t mean Just Cause 3 won’t happen, of course. Indeed, there are said to be two “huge” titles still in development at Avalanche; but they’re both due in 2013.
