The Darkness 2 is strikingly individual [Preview]

The Darkness 2 is not a game lacking in personality. From the comic book ink that lines each object, to the demonic midget that takes pleasure from farting in the mouths of dead enemies, it’s clear that (even from a mere 30 minutes of hands-on demo) this is an experience that revels in the stylish and delights in the nasty.

Battlefield 3 week one sales better than all other Battlefields combined

17 Battlefield games since 2002, Battlefield 3 betters them all.
GfK Chart-Track, the organisation in charge of compiling sales lists in the UK, has revealed that Battlefield 3’s week one sales are better than the combined week one numbers of every other Battlefield game combined.
That’s some achievement considering that there have been 17 Battlefield games since the 2002 release of Battlefield 1942, including the very respectable numbers put up by the console-focused Battlefield: Bad Company 1 and 2.
Battlefield 3 is currently sitting atop the UK charts.
