LEGO Star Wars III, Ground Battles Video

Co-project lead of LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, Andrew Bell, talks us through some of the ground battles that will feature in the latest in the series.
It looks like some light-RTS features will be coming to the game, as it’ll now be possible on some levels to place huge cannons, build barracks, lead troops and pilot sizeable war-machines. Bell explains that silver and gold Lego will possess special properties. Silver will require explosive weapons to demolish, while gold is only vulnerable to rapid-fire.
In addition, the previously mentioned release date of 15/17 February 2011 appears to have been nudged back a little. LEGO Star Wars III is now due some time in March.
