Rockstar Reveals Inspiration For Red Dead Redemption

Rockstar has posted a list of its favourite Westerns, in the run up to the release of its open world title Red Dead Redemption.The list includes some of the most influential Westerns of all time, including Unforgiven, The Treasure of the Sierra Madre and, a more recent release, The Proposition.When we saw a preview build of Red Dead Redemption last year, the development team also revealed that their favourite Western , Sam Peckinpah’s The Wild Bunch, inspired the game.Check out our hands on preview here.
