Split/Second Dated And New Shots

Disney and Black Rock Studios have announced Split/Second is penciled in for a May release next year.

The game is based around a fictional reality show in which players race for money and fame and rewards players for stylish driving and stunts by filling their “powerplay meter.” Once full, players can then trigger bombastic special events, like a plane crash or a bridge collpase.

New screens have also been released which can be found below.We’re looking forward to getting our hands on Split/Second -if it’s as good as Black Rock’s last racer, Pure, we could be in for a treat.
