Men Of War Getting Stand-Alone Expansion

1C Company has announced the coming of Men of War: Red Tide.The stand-alone expansion pack will focus on the Black Coats – the Soviet Marine unit that focused on engagements near shorelines.Lots of new units are promised. There are the Black Coats themselves, obviously, as well as new tanks, self-propelled guns, armoured trains, landing craft, artillery, and some new emplaced weapons. Then there are all the new support options: fighters, bombers, hydroplanes, cruisers, destroyers, and gunboats.The game looks set in the Black Sea campaigns, with battles including Odessa, Sevastopol, Theodosia, Eltingen, Nikolaev, and Constanta.We really liked Men of War, so this one’s up there on our internal anticipation list. It’s due out in fall.
