Warrior Epic Closed Beta Goes Live Today

True Games have announced that free-to-play MMO Warrior Epic is entering closed beta today.
The MMO differs from most in that the focus isn’t on playing as one character, but rather, using your Hall to recruit a whole range of warriors. Death doesn’t just mean resurrection, either, as slain warriors can be bound to items to improve them, or used as summon spells to wreak havoc.It’s also emphasised that you’ll be able to proceed well with Warrior Epic even if you only play for a few hours a week, with “session-based missions” that take around half an hour to complete and allow significant progress rather quickly.The beta is due to go live at 5pm PDT today – which equates to 1am tomorrow morning, if you’re in the UK.We interviewed Gage Galinger, the founder of Possibility Space – Warrior Epic’s developer – last week.
