The Old Republic: Comic #3
The third instalment of the comic, which is running in the build-up to Bioware’s upcoming MMO Star Wars: The Old Republic, has been released.
Previous issues show that peace talks have been called between the evil Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic, as a result of a military stale-mate being reached. The Sith can progress no further in their domination of the Galaxy due to the core worlds remaining beyond their grip. With no other choice, the Republic agreed to the talks and the Jedi order are overseeing them. However, it soon becomes apparent that the Sith have another reason for gathering Republic officials in one place. An attack on the senate takes place, and a battle begins.
The story this week expands on the tale, following a Jedi as he battles with a Sith who manages to over-power him, meanwhile the fight is taken to the Jedi temple. Check out the latest issue at the TOR site.
